Pasadena, California. System of a Down has added three new concerts to its upcoming Rose Bowl schedule. The Los Angeles rock group will now perform four separate nights at the stadium in June 2027.
The original announcement covered a single performance on June 5. Strong demand prompted the band to add shows for June 6, 12, and 13. This expands the engagement from one date to four. All four concerts are set for a 6:30 p.m. Pacific time start.
Support acts vary by date. Pierce the Veil will play alongside the band on June 5 and 6. French metal group Gojira serves as the special guest for the June 10 and 12 shows. These performances mark the band's first appearances at the historic venue.
The announcement follows a series of European and U.K. stadium dates. The band sold out venues in Paris, London, and Warsaw recently. The group is also celebrating the 25th anniversary of its 2001 album Toxicity. A recent Los Angeles exhibition featured archival material from that era.
The 2027 tour continues with stops in Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand early in the year. The Rose Bowl dates provide North American fans with multiple opportunities to see the group live. General ticket sales for all four dates are already open. Availability and pricing differ for each performance. Fans can check Ticketmaster for current details.
